About Us

North Staffs Accordion Club
The North Staffs Accordion Club (Charity No. 1180528) has about 50 members made up of players and enthusiasts of the accordion.

The North Staffs Accordion Band
Our band meets on a Tuesday night at 7.30 p.m. at Bradwell Workingmen's Club (ST5 8JA). The band plays a variety of lovely music (four part harmony with percussion) and it is often invited to play at concerts. Several band members are pianists who learned to play the accordion as a second instrument.
If you're interested in playing in the band please let us know. Our beginners/improvers group could be an ideal route to achieving this.

Club Night
Normally, our club nights are on the 3rd Tuesday of the month at Bradwell Workingmen's Club (ST5 8JA) and we start at 7.30 p.m. pm. We have nights when our members provide the entertainment and other nights when we have invited guest players from home or abroad. If you'd like to play some music on an instrument of your choice at one of our player nights, please contact us.

Beginners’/Improvers’ Night
This group meet fornightly on Monday nights at 7 pm at Bradwell Workingmen's Club (ST5 8JA and players of all abilities are catered for, including absolute beginners.
If you'd like to try your hand at playing an accordion, please call in. Loan instruments are available at a minimal hire charge (see ‘Getting an Instrument’).

Playing for Pleasure
